Sales Director

About the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Director to join our team and drive growth in our business. As the Sales Director, you will work closely with experienced sales team members to lead and drive our sales efforts.  You will have the opportunity to lead our sales team and develop new and existing major customer accounts, significantly impacting our business success.

Your role will be critical in expanding our footprint in the cybersecurity market and ensuring that our platform meets our customers' needs. We are looking for someone who is self-driven, results-oriented, and has a proven track record in enterprise sales. 

This position provides the option for both on-site work in Lausanne and remote work flexibility.


Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing a sales strategy for our enterprise SaaS platform that articulates our unique value proposition and aligns with our business objectives

  • Growing our customer base by identifying and pursuing new accounts in the EMEA region

  • Being an active driver in accelerating our vision to become the leader in our industry

  • Working closely with the executive leadership team to ensure alignment and full support for your initiatives

  • Providing feedback from customers and the market to help continuously improve our products and services


Our ideal candidate would have:
  • Proven track record in selling enterprise-wide IT infrastructure solutions to C-level executives, with a focus on CTOs, CIOs, and CISOs
  • Familiarity with selling a platform that can be hosted on a private cloud or on-premises

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity trends, market dynamics, and competitors' activities

  • Ability to develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that considers market demand and customer purchasing behavior

  • Charismatic leadership and excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills

  • Passionate about our product and eager to seek feedback from customers

  • Ability to build and maintain quality relationships with customers, stakeholders, and other companies

  • Experience leading presentations for business development and engaging with key business stakeholders

  • Effective team leader who can motivate and ensure a highly effective team of sales managers

  • Expert in developing forecasts and strategies to achieve profitable sales and ensure scalability

  • Comfortable acting as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, or trade shows

  • Fluency in both English and German is required for this position
