Sales Development Representative

About the role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for our sales team. You will work closely with our marketing and sales team to develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns.

This position is located in Belgrade.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Research and identify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach

  • Qualify inbound leads and set up appointments for the sales team to close deals

  • Work closely with the marketing and sales team to develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns to generate new leads

  • Utilize HubSpot and other sales tools to track and manage leads and opportunities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and opportunities

  • Continuously develop and improve your knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends

Our ideal candidate would have:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative or similar role, preferably in the DevOps and/or Cybersecurity industries

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, English fluent

  • Comfortable making cold calls and engaging with prospects through email and social media

  • Ownership and tenacity

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM tools is a plus

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
