Data Scientist

About the role:
The Strong Network team is looking for a talented Data Scientist to join our team with diverse expertise and experience in a creative and international environment.  ​Strong ​Network platform collects a lot of data regarding user behavior and platform usage. We would like to leverage the data collected and create valuable data models that can be utilized to offer insights to both our clients and internal stakeholders.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
  • Conduct research on data sets, detect trends and patterns and build new data models;
  • Provide recommendations based on data analysis and research outcomes;
  • Work with the Business, Product, and Engineering teams to present findings and collaborate on potential solutions;
  • Propose solutions and strategies to meet customer’s demands;
  • Identify growth opportunities within the organization by analyzing customer preferences and behaviors;
  • Create tools and workflows to monitor and evaluate model performance and data accuracy.




Our ideal candidate would have:
  • 2+ years experience in machine learning/data science;
  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, or other technical fields;
  • Proven track record of creating and using advanced machine learning algorithms and statistics: regression, simulation, scenario analysis, modeling, clustering, decision trees, neural networks, etc. At least one model deployed and retrained in production;
  • Proficiency in coding with relevant languages and frameworks;
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and think critically;
  • Analytical mind and keen business sense.
